Payment Policy

This Payment Policy explains how payments are presented and processed when you purchase directly from LZAKMR.
Checkout
Orders are submitted through Shopify checkout. Before confirming an order, you will be shown the selected products, price, available shipping option, applicable discounts, taxes collected at checkout, and final order total.
Available Payment Methods
The payment methods currently available for your order are displayed at checkout. Availability may vary according to your country, currency, device, order value, and the payment provider’s eligibility rules.
We do not guarantee that any particular card, wallet, instalment service, or alternative payment method will always be available.
Currency and Conversion
Prices may be displayed in a currency selected for your market. The currency and amount that will be charged are shown at checkout before you submit payment.
If your payment account uses a different currency, your card issuer or payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or conversion fee. Those charges are controlled by the provider, not LZAKMR.
Payment Authorisation
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be accepted or fulfilled. An authorisation, pending charge, or payment confirmation does not by itself guarantee order acceptance.
Payment may be declined by the card issuer or provider. For security reasons, we may not receive the detailed reason for a decline.
Payment Security
Payment information is submitted through Shopify checkout and the relevant payment provider. LZAKMR does not receive your complete payment-card number when it is processed by those providers.
Payment processing is also governed by the terms and privacy notices of Shopify, your payment provider, and your card issuer. Please do not send complete card details by email.
Fraud and Verification Checks
Orders may be reviewed for fraud prevention and payment security. We may request reasonable information needed to verify an order, or cancel an order where payment cannot be verified or fraudulent activity is reasonably suspected.
If a cancelled order has already been charged, the payment will be returned to the original payment method.
Taxes, Duties, and Additional Charges
Taxes collected by the store will be displayed at checkout. Import duties or other destination charges are handled as described in our Shipping Policy.
We do not claim that all taxes or import duties are included unless checkout expressly confirms this for the order.
Discount Codes
Discount codes must be entered before the order is submitted. Eligibility, expiry, minimum spend, product restrictions, and usage limits may apply. Unless expressly stated, discounts cannot be combined or applied retrospectively.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless another method is agreed or required by law. Processing time after issue may depend on the bank or payment provider.

Payment Disputes
If you do not recognise a payment or believe that an order total is incorrect, contact us promptly at support@lzakmr.com. This does not limit any right you may have to contact your bank or payment provider.
